Wine Review: Made from native Voskehat and Khatuni (50%/50%) grapes. This Armenian white made in partnership with Paul Hobbs, is a medium straw color and displays aromas of jasmine, Mandarin orange, nectarine, beeswax, and saline. On the palate, there is bright integrated medium-plus acidity, a lightly viscous and round mouthfeel, and a medium body. The wine is clean and focused with flavors of bright lemon, pineapple, crushed stone, and hints of nectarine and white pepper. The finish is dry and long. Serve with rotisserie chicken. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw in appearance with aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, green apple, and pear. On the palate, zesty acidity bursts forth with flavors of lemon, lime, and tropical fruits. Medium-bodied, with a balanced mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.
