Wine Review: This pale straw colored unoaked Chardonnay opens with an inviting nose of tropical fruit, pineapple, banana and papaya with notes of pear and a hint of green apple. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied and has a creamy mouth-feel balanced with some crisp acidity. Its flavor profile is a rich blend of tropical fruit with some floral notes. It is refreshing and pleasant with gentle minerality and a long-extended finish. This Chard is a crowd pleaser and would pair well with melted Brie, warm crusty French bread and apples. Cheers! - Karen and Stuart
Winemaker Notes: The resulting unoaked wine is bright and crisp. Aromas of citron and pineapple combine to add a subtle tropical note to the nose. The palate counters with lively stone fruit and citrus and a noticeable but balanced acidity.
