Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant citrus like bouquet featuring yellow grapefruit with hints of pineapple and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pretty acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a muted yellow grapefruit and lime blend with notes of green pepper in the aftertaste. Also mixed in throughout were some hints of ginger and pineapple. The finish is dry and lingers for a little bit. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a grilled swordfish sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
