Wine Review: This light white gold colored Pinot Blanc from Germany opens with a lemongrass, grapefruit, and peach bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a saline and yellow grapefruit blend with notes of lemon, chalky minerality, and ginger. I also detected a hint of white peach pit towards the very end. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Pinot Blanc will pair nicely with oysters this summer. Enjoy - Ken
