Wine Review: This vibrant German Pinot Blanc is a brilliant pale white gold color with aromas of pineapple, white peach, lemon custard and honeysuckle. On the palate it is dry, medium bodied, with mouthwatering high acidity. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy and smooth, giving it some elegance. There are flavors of apple, tart grapefruit, light ginger, stony minerality, as well as a hint of smokiness. The finish is dry and lasts quite a while. It would pair well with Quiche Lorraine or rotisserie chicken. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: A lively and beautifully structured white wine from organic vineyards in the rolling hills of the Rheinhessen region.
