Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Blanc opens with an Anjou pear, lemon and green apple bouquet with hints of green tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant bright acidity and rounded edges. The flavor profile is light lemon-lime blend with notes of mild minerality and almond. We also detected hints of ginger. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot Blanc with broiled scallops, grilled halibut, or quiche Lorraine. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A German Pinot Blanc with a French soul, complex and highly finessed on the palate. Lovely toast aromas linger into a long, salty, mineral-driven finish.
