Wine Review: This is a wonderfully acidic "dry" German Riesling. It is a medium butter yellow color and has a complex, perfumed bouquet that includes wet stone, petrol, nectarine, lime, jasmine, and wax aromas. On the palate, it is medium bodied with racy acidity and is pure and bright with a silky mouthfeel. I detected flavors of white peach, mild pink grapefruit, saline and green tea. It also has some melon and apricot notes. The finish is nicely extended. I would serve this with grilled sea bass with tropical fruit salsa. – Mark
