Wine Review: This classy Pinot Noir from Winderlea is dark red colored. It opens with a faint red plum and cola bouquet. We also detected hints of cedar, and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well-balanced, elegant, juicy and smooth. The flavor profile is a delicate blend of mild graphite and red plum. We also detected notes of mild raspberry with hints of red cherry and strawberry. The finish is dry and its fine dusty tannins and a touch of heat drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a grilled pork chop. Enjoy - KWGTP
