Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir easy going and nice. It opens with a mild blueberry bouquet with a hint of root beer. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a spiced plum with notes of black pepper and oak. I also detected hints of gentle black raspberry and red cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would pair it with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2016 Imprint continues to showcase the signature whole cluster spice that we love alongside notes of coriander, strawberry, and a hint of wasabi.
