Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a mild cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle red plum and Maraschino cherry blend with notes of mild minerality. I also detected a hint of red currant. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavored drift away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well a turkey dinner with cranberry and sausage stuffing. Enjoy - Ken
