Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a mild Dr. Pepper bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum with notes of mild black raspberry with hints of minerality. The finish is dry and its pleasant flavors drift away nicely. I would pair this Pinot with cinnamon-apple pork chops. Enjoy - Ken
