Wine Review: This Sauvignon Blanc from William Hill opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of gooseberry. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, nicely acidic, mouthwatering and juicy. The flavor profile a mineral infused tart yellow grapefruit with notes of lime and tangerine. I also detected a hint of mango towards the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this tasty Sauvignon Blanc swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
