Wine Review: This Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is deep ruby colored. It opens with aromas of black raspberry, black currents, dark red fruits, pencil shavings and a hint of oak. On the palate, it is medium bodied, warm and has a soft overall feel. Its flavors are tart cherries and grapes seeds with hints of gooseberry. It finishes dry and its tannins and flavors linger nicely, then it fades away. We felt this Cab was still a bit young and it would benefit from some aging. We would pair it with molten chocolate cake with raspberries. - Karen and Stuart
