Wine Review: This pale yellow colored white blend opens with a very inviting mild lemon and gentle lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apple with hints of lychee, mild peach and gentle minerals. The finish is a little off-dry and very refreshing. This wine is a quaffer and would pair well with broiled scallops with an orange cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: With each vintage, grapes present different flavors and intensities. As a result, Frost Cuvee is specially crafted each year to best reflect the outcome of the growing season. A differing blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and occasionally, Pinot Noir Sauvignon Blanc creates a smooth and approachable off-dry blend. There are bright fruit and floral notes up front while light pear and a touch of spice grace the palate. Refreshing, yet complex, Frost Cuvee is a perfect wine for any occasion, from Thanksgiving dinner to summer sunsets, and everything in between.
