Wine Review: Don't serve this rich golden yellow Chardonnay too cold or you will miss the bouquet of apple, citrus, banana and chalky notes. It is medium bodied, silky and dry with balanced acidity and no rough edges. Flavors of pear, lime, custard and buttery toast. The finish has some spice to it and lasts a good while. I would have a New England lobster roll with it. Cheers! – Mark

Winemaker Notes: With lovely aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and banana, this wine displays flavors of pears, lemons, baked apples, stone fruit and creamy notes of butter, amoretto, creme brulee and toasty vanilla from barrel aging. This opulent Chardonnay has a deep, full mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a long, smooth lingering finish.
