Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cab opens with a spicy menthol and black licorice like bouquet. On the palate, this young Cab is full bodied, balanced, and quite dry. The flavor profile is a dusty mild black currant with black licorice notes and a hint of black pepper. The finish continues dry and its noticeable tannins are quite extended. The panel felt this offering would appeal more to Old World style fans. They would pair it with stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The newest addition to our All-Star team, this Oakville property has a viticultural history dating back to the late 1800’s. Top notes of kirsch and blue fruits with a caramelized oak kiss deliver the goods on the palate. Oakville Cabernet magic in the glass.
