Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Walt made an impression on our mini-tasting group. It opens with a Morello cherry and stewed plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty raspberry and cherry blend with notes of graphite. We also detected hints of oak, plum and spice. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot would pair well with cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy - Ken
