Wine Review: This light straw colored “Dry” Riesling has a nice tropical fruit bouquet that includes citrus, pineapple, bananas and guava. This wine has a smooth mouthfeel with grapefruit, lemon and light minerality flavors. This nicely balanced and good structured wine ends with a slightly dry grapefruit finish. This Dry Riesling is very food friendly. I would have it with shrimp Pad Thai or slightly chilled, on a nice summer evening, in your backyard or on your deck! - Joe

Winemaker Notes: This truly dry Riesling is an outstanding dinner wine, with nectarine and lime aromas, flavors of citrus and mineral and a crisp clean finish. An elegant enhancement to chicken, seafood & other light meals.
