Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Vignoles from the Finger Lakes opens with a very faint peach bouquet. On the palate, this is pleasantly sweet and appealing. The flavor is a Bosc pear with hints of honey and touch of tangerine and plum. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors fade away nice. This wine is perfect for my sister. It would pair nicely with bread pudding. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: One of our most popular sweet wines - rich in tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Distinct pineapple flavor carries over into the finish. Food Pairing: Enjoy as aperitif or with glazed ham, pork or sweet & sour entrees, or as a treat with rich desserts such as cheesecake.
