Wine Review: This white gold colored Gewuztraminer from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild lychee and pilsner beer bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle lychee and Bosc pear blend with a touch of nicely integrated minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would be a perfect match for chicken lo mein. Enjoy - Ken
