Wine Review: This straw colored Godello opens with an attractive sea spray and gentle lime bouquet with a hint of white florals. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is pleasant blend of Meyer lemon and Anjou pear with notes of gentle stony minerality and saline. There are hints of white pepper and quince towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine continues the hot streak of above average 2020 white wines from Spain. I would pair this very good Godello with baked halibut. Enjoy - Ken
