Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Shiraz and Cabernet blend from Australia opens with a blueberry and black currant bouquet with hints of black cherry and mint. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and blackberry blend with notes of stony minerality. I also detected hints of black licorice and cedar. The finish is quite dry, and its flavors and refined tannins are very extended. This wine paired very well with a grilled barbecue steak tips. Enjoy – Ken
