Wine Review: This ruby colored Shiraz opens with a very fragrant cigar box and red currant bouquet with a hint of cranberry. On the palate, his wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and fresh. The flavor profile is a cedar and red currant blend with notes of craisin and stone dust. I also detected a hint of raspberry tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This very food friendly and easy to drink Shiraz would pair well with a cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2020 Henry's Drive Shiraz has a beautiful bouquet of violets and mulberries. The palate is bright, with flavors of blackberries, plum and dark chocolate. The wine flows easily across the palate with fine, firm tannins drawing out the finish. This wine is ideally served at room temperature with pork and fennel sausage or a hearty beef dish.
