Wine Review: This ruby red colored Syrah from Australia opens with a crisp red raspberry, cola, and light strawberry bouquet. The medium body is crisp, smooth, and dry with integrated tannins and acidity. The flavor profile is red raspberry, plum, black cherry, and clove blend with notes of dried herb. The dry tannin finish lingers. I would recommend pairing this Syrah from Vintage Longbottom with a garlic and mushroom pasta. - Joe
