Wine Review: This elegant Aussie Sauvignon Blanc is medium yellow colored and has an inviting pineapple, nectarine, and flint bouquet with notes of lime and honeysuckle. On the palate it has bracing high acidity, is medium bodied and mouthwatering, with wonderful texture on the tongue. I found flavors of white peach, pineapple, clementine, chalky minerality and herbal notes with gentle oak. The finish is dry and very extended. I would pair this with fried haddock. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: The 2019 "H" Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of nettle, lime zest and papaya. The palate is medium bodied with flavors of preserved lemon, nectarine and cantaloupe melon, complexed by subtle French oak nuances. The wine finishes fresh with a balanced texture and acidity. This wine is ideally served chilled with gruyere gougers or oyster chowder.
