Wine Review: The dark red color Pinot Noir from Burgundy opens with a mild black cherry bouquet with hints of leather and oak. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty plum with hints of mild minerality and gentle cedar. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair well pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A good medium crimson color. An elegant nose, the most serious so far, it has a bit of class. On the palate, the wine is silky and creamy with a touch of cafe au lait; round, with flavors that expand quite nicely. Very Pinot, with chocolate milk and smoke. Nice and elegant, but not that powerful.
