Wine Review: This dark purple colored Petite Sirah opens with a fragrant blueberry and boysenberry bouquet with hints of sweet cherry wood. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fresh for a Petite Sirah. The flavor profile is a cranberry and crushed stone blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints of plum and thyme. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift away nicely. This Petite Sirah would pair well with barbecue beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken
