Wine Review: This translucent medium ruby colored Grenache from Spain opens with a musty moist tobacco and red cherry compote bouquet with hits of almond and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel balanced, bright, and clean. The flavor profile is a tart red raspberry and crushed stony mineral blend with notes of oolong tea. We also detected some hints of red plum, bay leaf, and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its dusty light tannins are nicely extended. We would pair this Grenache with Peking duck or steak fajita. Enjoy – Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: Clear, medium intensity, ruby color wine. Clean, high intensity aromas of red fruit such us raspberry, strawberry, red cherry, also black pepper, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with soft tannins and medium body. Red fruits flavors, mineral hints, and a long finish.
