Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Spanish wine opens with a very fragrant clove and rad raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and quite juicy. The flavor profile is an oak infused ripe plum with hints of black pepper and clove. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for a little while. This flavorful wine would pair well with braised barbecue short ribs. Enjoy - Ken
