Wine Review: This crystal-clear Sauvignon Blanc from Paso Robles is a sunlit yellow in color (between flax and beige). On the nose, light eucalyptus, tea and sea salt aromas are chased by papaya and peach. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a smooth and round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is cheerful with lime zest and white peach characteristics followed by a cool, tingly finish. We enjoyed this wine with a chicken and vegetable stir-fry over long-grain wild rice. – Jeoff
