Wine Review: This pale straw colored white blend from Spain is consistently very good and a great deal. It opens with a lime, tangerine and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely acidic, juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of integrated minerality. I also detected hints of grapefruit, tangerine and touch of ginger. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, freshly aromatic and versatile dry white wine with impressive complexity and persistence.
