Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Malbec from Bramere is impressive. It opens with a very fragrant pomegranate and ripe black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. Like the nose, the flavor profile is a very tasty mild pomegranate and elderberry blend with notes of acai berry. I also detected a hint of black plum towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors lingered for a very long time. This Malbec would pair well with buffalo burgers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ruby red with purple hues. the bouquet highlights red and black fruits like cherries and plums, complemented on the palate by flavors of chocolate and coffee. A broad, full-bodied wine with intensity supplied by firm tannins
