Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild blackberry bouquet with hints of black raspberry and pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a mineral infused soft cherry with notes of cola. We also detected hints of red plum. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Panel described this Cab as a complete value wine and food friendly. They suggested pairing it with spaghetti and meatballs or chicken parmigiana. Enjoy - KWGTP
