Wine Review: This almost clear to pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a ginger and apricot bouquet with hints of matchstick. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with bright plus acidity. The mouthfeel is alive and zesty. The flavor profile is a saline and lime blend with notes of white grapefruit. I also detected hints of ginger and faint tangerine. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. I would pair this Riesling with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken & Joe
