Wine Review: This pale white gold Riesling is indeed dry and is very enjoyable. The bouquet includes red apple, lemon, wet gravel, tangerine and a hint of vanilla yogurt. The palate is clean and bright, with a medium-minus body and moderate acidity, and some very light tannin which provides structure. It has flavors of bosc pear, peach, tangerine, stony minerality and a hint of honey. The finish is dry and long. This dry Riesling would go nicely with pork schnitzel. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: This modern-style dry Riesling is sourced from vineyards throughout the Pfalz region. It beautifully captures the peachy fruit and stony structure that are characteristic of Rieslings grown in the sandy loam soils and warm, sunny climate of the Pfalz.
