Wine Review: This almost clear colored dry Riesling opens with Vichy water like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic, flavorful and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild peach and lemon blend. The finish is rather dry and its flavors and acidity lingers for quite a while. This dry Riesling would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
