Wine Review: This Italian Prosecco sparkler is a pale golden yellow color with moderate medium sized bubbles. The shy bouquet includes aromas of white peach, apple cider and white florals. On the palate, this wine is quite frothy and slightly creamy, slightly off-dry, medium-minus bodied, moderately acidic, balanced, and fresh. There are flavors of white peach, quince, apple skin and minerality, along with some almond and lime notes. The finish is refreshing and moderate in length with a touch of lingering minerality. Serve with a classic margarita pizza. - Mark
