Wine Review: This Prosecco Superiore is pale straw colored. A wall of flower petals fills the nose of this Prosecco, but once you get past the wall you can find notes of caramelized fruits, candied oranges, and roasted nuts. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and leaves nothing at the door. The first sip brings with it the same candied and caramelized fruits one found on the nose; apples, pears, oranges, and ripe star fruit. Take a second sip and the bubbles ease up a bit allowing you to take in the rest of what this wine has to offer; roasted pecans and almonds, with hints of nutmeg and toast. Enjoy - Nicolay
