Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkler opens with a yeasty mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very drinkable. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with a touch of minerality mixed in. The finish is mildly dry and pleasant. I would pair this sparkler with stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste. An excellent aperitif to accompany savouries. Ideal with steamed shellfish.
