Wine Review: This impressive Pinot Noir from Oregon is slightly cloudy and dark red colored. It opens with a very inviting blueberry bouquet with hints of acai berry and a touch of pomegranate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty red cherry and red plum blend with hints of RC cola, grape, faint oak and a dash of black pepper in the background. On day two, some blueberry shows up to bring this wine to another level. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This impressive Pinot would pair nicely with wiener schnitzel. Enjoy - Ken
