Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with an attractive raspberry bouquet with a hint of cinnamon, cherry, rubber and smoky oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, subtle and approachable. The flavor profile is strawberry rhubarb with notes of black pepper and a touch of minerality, red cherry, cinnamon and gentle oak. The finish is dry, a tad astringent, spicy and drifts away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - KWGTP
