Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark ruby colored wine opens with a very fragrant and attractive blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe blackberry with notes of black licorice. There are also some cherry vanilla notes in the aftertaste. The finish is quite dry and its building tannins are noticeably present but do not get in the way. The panel would pair this wine with a ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP
