Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with very fragrant gooseberry bouquet with hints of grapefruit pith and green peas. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright and zesty. The flavor profile is a ruby grapefruit and guava blend with notes of gooseberry, lime zest and saline. I also detected a hint of ginger rock candy. The finish is dry and very refreshing with its flavors lasting for a very long time. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with swordfish and the beach. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright-green snow pea and delicate herbal aromas with a hint of citrus on the nose and through the elegant palate serve to show off the mineral aspect of the variety in this fine example.
