Wine Review: From the Willamette Valley in Oregon, this juicy straw colored Pinot Blanc starts out with a shy bouquet of lime, floral notes and hazelnut. It is dry with a medium body, bright acidity and decent structure from the integrated minerality. Very enjoyable flavors of citrus and white peach continue into the lingering finish. Enjoy sipping this on the patio this summer. I would pair it with some Thai shrimp rolls. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Scents of Jasmin flowers and a hint of kaffir lime initially, this Pinot Blanc is encased in tropical notes of pineapple, mango and coconut. Aromas of "Peche de Vigne" give way to distinctive and noble nuances of juicy and ripe raspberry and peach flavors of this French fruit. A slight, lively sweetness leads to a bright creamy mid-palate created from barrel fermenting and lees aging. The wine finishes with precicion and a lengthy mouthfeel that leaves a refreshing moutherwatering sensation.
