Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet with hints of flint and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black currant with hints of black olive and oak. The finish is dry and mild tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This Cab would be a very nice glass pour at a French Bistro. This would pair well with Emeril's Lamb Stew with Herbes de Provence. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A classic Cabernet Sauvignon that is red-purple in color. It has a, complex nose that is reminiscent of berries, spice, cedar, chocolate. The nose carries through to the palate, delivering a rich, luscious texture with berry and cedar flavors. It is a well balanced wine with a long, pleasing finish.
