Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina opens with a mild hay and lime like bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, has good balance between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a nice blend that includes mild minerality and tangerine with a hint of apple and lime. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This entry level Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This first vintage of the Valentin Bianchi Sauvignon Blanc has a slightly pale-yellow color, it combines young, delicate and sharp herbal aromas with distinct and fresh citric traces of watermelon and lime peel. There is a refreshing crispness and clean, lingering finish.
