Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Malbec opens with blueberry bouquet with a hint of old oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, rather smooth and appealing. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and plum blend with nicely integrated black pepper and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are controlled, yet a little sticky. I would pair this tasty Malbec with a juicy Kobe Bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A deep purple-red color, Valentin Bianchi's Famiglia Bianchi Malbec has a luscious, intense fruit aroma, with hints of ripe plums, cherries and berries. The flavors mimic the aromas, with a massive, yet soft and silky, mouthfeel -- and a lush, long finish. It is the perfect expression of the highly-praised Malbec grape.
