Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored Cabernet from Mendoza could definitely fool several experts in a blind tasting. It is a classic Old World styled Cab based wine and warrants your attention. It opens with a mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry with notes of integrated oak and gentle plum. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are well managed and linger nicely for quite some time. This wine would pair very nicely with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy – Ken
