Wine Review: This white gold colored dry Riesling opens with an Anjou pear and green apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a slightly tart green apple with hints on minerality and a touch of lime. The finish is medium dry and subtle with a touch of minerality lingering slightly after the wine is gone. This entry level Riesling is a nice food wine. I would enjoy it with chicken and sharp cheddar cheese quesadillas. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Crisp citrus notes, such as grapefruit and gooseberry, stand out on the palate. The wine is vibrant and finishes very clean. It is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. This Dry Riesling will pair well with seafood, sushi, and shellfish, as well as salads and white meats.
