Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir open with raspberry and morello cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel balanced, gentle and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a red plum and strawberry blend with notes of maraschino cherry. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins linger and last for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Pinot with a pork roast. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A brilliant & graceful Pinot, so reminiscent of a classic red Burgundy. Chapter III's ethereal, delicate, and inviting aromas of pomegranate, strawberry tart, exotic rose hips, gingerbread, Chinese five spice, with an intoxicating sandalwood-like incense. This Pinot Noir is also intensely perfumed in the mouth, and has great energy, fruit sweetness, and juicy acidity with fine, elegant ripe tannins. Incredibly classy, this structured wine is perfectly balanced and will drink fantastic now but will continue to age gracefully through 2034!
